Is it a sin if you as an outsider see their children doing something wrong and you don’t correct that child to avoid annoying the parent of the child?

(2Corinthians 2:11) Is it right for Church to exercise any discipline on members, because the word of God says we must not judge each other. So if “Yes” why? And if “No” why?
